The Titans face off against College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin rival Millikin University on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025.

The nighttime matchup will be the Titans’ third road game of the 2025 season, with the Green and White already holding both a win and a loss on the road.

Their Sept. 27 matchup against Carthage ended in a 24-point Titan victory, while their Oct. 4 game against WashU resulted in a 40-42 loss, the Titans falling just short of completing a 17-point comeback.

In over 120 years of rivalry, the Green and White have an all-time record of 53-52-10 against the Big Blue, with their away record against Millikin a favorable 10-8-1.

The Titans have won the last four meetings against Millikin.

In their 2024 match, QB Dermot Smyth threw for 274 yards and 3 touchdowns on a 70.8% clip, adding another 38 yards with his legs. The Titans outscored the Big Blue 51-8 in a win at Tucci Stadium.

In 2023, during Smyth’s debut game, he threw for 118 yards on only five completions, resulting in 2 TDs in a 45-17 win.

Unless the Titans’ CCIW rival North Central—who is currently ranked No. 1 and who casually outscored opponents 788-177 during their 2024 Div. III National Championship winning season—decides to sit their starters for the rest of the year, the match has virtually no implications for the Titans’ CCIW postseason hopes.

But North Central can’t run the CCIW forever (or at least, that’s what Titans fans desperately hope,) so this will be a vital opportunity for a young Titans team to get more experience as they continue to rebuild under their new head coach, Jared Williamson.

The Titans and Big Blue kick off at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Ill., at 6 p.m.

Live score updates will be available on the iwusports.com website.
