A couple weeks ago I wrote about the zodiac signs and how the constellations were placed in the sky. There are so many more components to zodiacs than just constellations. I briefly mentioned how everyone has a sun, moon and rising sign which is included in your birth chart. A birth chart is based on the date, time and place you were born.

Your birth chart can reveal your strengths and weaknesses, your personality and different things you may need to look out for within yourself or the people around. Based on where your signs land on your birth chart, you can understand what other signs you are most compatible with.

With birth charts being so popular, there are many websites that offer to show you your free birth chart. A very reliable source for birth charts and other astrology needs is Astrodienst. Astrodienst has been a registered enterprise since 1984. Then in 1996 the company went to the internet. There are also 8 million monthly users.

Astrodienst is a website that does not make you jump through hoops to find out information about your birth chart or zodiac sign. You do not have to fill out any prior information or put your email down. There are different categories like daily horoscopes for you or for you and your partner. Categories range from your love life or even a test that identifies your struggles based on what colors you choose.

While there is not a direct or completely factual correlation between real life and birth charts, it is still enjoyable to dig deeper in astrology.

The sun sign is symbolic of the position of the sun when you are born and the sun sign represents the most basic sign. This is what represents your personality, sense of self, basic preferences, and ways in which you move through the world. How do you view the world?

The Moon sign represents your emotional side, your feelings, intuition, and memories. This sign also represents your relationship with the main maternal influence in your life, as well as how you care for and nurture others. Are you passionate? Impulsive?

The rising sign which can also be called the ascension sign influences our outer personality, how others perceive us, and how we interact with the world around us. The rising sign represents you socially. Are you charming? Diplomatic? Thoughtful?

As the planet of communication, Mercury relates to how we think and express ourselves. Are you cautious? Dedicated? Caring?

Venus is the planet of priorities, beauty, love, and money. This planet is all about luxury. What is your personal aesthetic?

Mars is the warrior planet, and it wants its way. This represents our drive and the ambition we have. Do you set strict goals for yourself? Or do you just go with the flow?

Jupiter is the luckiest and most generous planet. Jupiter is very strongly associated with growth and healing. Are you a leader? Or a follower?

Restrictions, obligations, and authority are the domain of Saturn. How do you take responsibility for your life?

Uranus is the planet related to individuality, rebellion, and the future. How do you help people around you?

Neptune is the most mystical, creative, and intuitive planet. But this planet comes with its bad side of finding chaos, confusion, and lethargy. Neptune shows areas that bring up confusion because it is hard to differentiate between illusion and reality. Which side is Neptune showing you?

Don’t count Pluto out just yet. It is the most intense, powerful, and transformational planet. Depending on its placement, what does Pluto’s position show you?
