Horoscopes: What every sign needs to do to relieve stress

With finals approaching everyone needs to de-stress. Here are some ways to get some relief in the upcoming weeks. 

Aries (March 21st – April 19th) – Get some fresh air

If you have been on campus this past week, everyone is taking advantage of this. Get outside on the quad. There are so many places to lay out and get some work done or just take a second to relax.

Taurus (April 20th – May 20th)Listen to new music

Happy new music Friday. Most weeks a popular artist is releasing some incredible music. Take a break from the playlist you keep over playing and listen to a new album. Jump out of your comfort zone.

Gemini (May 21st – June 20th) – Draw or paint 

Take a moment and get in touch with your creative side. Pull out a piece of paper, turn on some music and doodle. Or you could head to Five Below, get an amateur, kids painting set and have a great afternoon.  

Cancer (June 21st – July 22nd)  – Do yoga

Setting aside some time to center yourself and do some yoga. There are so many Youtube videos out there that are great for at home yoga. All you need is your phone and 15 minutes. 

Leo (July 23rd – August 22nd) – Have a sweet treat

There is nothing better than a sweet treat at the end of the night. Luckily for you right now Dairy Queen is offering 85 cent blizzards through their app. Take a break from all your work and grab something sweet. 

Virgo (August 23rd – September 22nd) – Take some me-time

Isolate yourself in your room or dorm for the next five hours and just be with yourself. If you want to clean your space or drown yourself in reality television, that is so up to you. Lock your phone and hit do not disturb, you need this time. 

Libra (September 23rd – October 22nd) – Buy a planner

If you are stressed out with everything going on right now, the best thing to do is buy an organizer or planner. Writing everything down will help at least get everything organized. It will not help you complete the tasks, but no time like the present to at least get started. 

Scorpio (October 23rd – November 21st) – Hang out with your friends

Obviously you need to get your work done, but the semester is almost over so take some time to be with your friends. This will not help your grades or your job search but maybe you will feel more fulfilled at the end of the day. 

Sagittarius (November 22nd – December 21st) – Sleep 

You need to do nothing at all for eight hours and get some rest. If sleeping at night does not work for you then you need to take naps. Not sleeping is seriously detrimental your health and your productivity. 

Capricorn (December 22nd – January 19th) – Detox from your phone

Social media is so fun and obviously you need to check it every 30-minutes right? Wrong. There is absolutely nothing that interesting on your Instagram feed. Take a second and shut your phone off and focus. 

Aquarius (January 20th – February 18th) – Cook something fun

Take a study break and get in the kitchen. There are so many fun recipes on Pinterest that need to be tried. There are so many different quick and easy recipes. If you are on a budget there is a place for that too. You will be full and happy.

Pisces (February 19th – March 20th) – Help out a friend

Take some time away from yourself and lend a helping hand to your friends. Help them clean their room or surprise one of them with a coffee. Why not take a break in your day to put a smile on your friends face.
