CAB hosts “Take & Make Puzzles”

March 20, 4-6 p.m.

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) will invite students to Hansen Student Center to grab a customized puzzle kit to enjoy at their own leisure. 

IWU holds poetry day celebration

March 21, 12-1 p.m.

The International Studies and World Languages department and the Literature and Cultures department will host a world poetry day celebration at the Global Library which is located in Buck 203. Students are encouraged to bring a poem that is written in another language other than English. The event is open to the IWU community and will take place virtually through this Zoom link. 

Writing Center hosts “Let’s Get Personal”

March 23, 6-7 p.m.

Part two of the Writing Center’s personal statements for pre-health. This workshop is designed to help students create personal statements that are truly personalized and will help students stand out in their applications for graduate school or career fields related to health. Those who are interested in attending should contact Ana Scanlon ascanlon@iwu.edu for the link and password. 

Academic Advising takes place

March 24

Students will meet with their academic advisors starting this week to discuss credits and courses for the Fall 2021 semester. Advisers will give students a registration code and the date and time for when they register. This round of academic advising does not apply to current seniors.
